2-3 years experience working as a product owner or business analyst
Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
Sharp analytical and communication skills
Outstanding presentation and leadership skills
Ability to clearly explain the product vision and ensure others follow the top level strategy
Attention to details
Deep understanding of business processes (e.g. field service, development, banking, etc)
Familiarity with task/issue/incident tracking systems (JIRA, Redmine, Bugzilla etc)
Advanced English writing skills

Related certification e.g. CBAP, PSPO I/II, SAFe etc
Strong technical background
Cloud development experience
Ability to work with remote teams
Knowledge of other foreign languages, e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese, Japanese etc.

Keep close communication with product management and development organization and customers to gather their needs
Translate needs into product requirements
Do market research and competitor analysis
Follow technology trends
Maintain product/feature backlog through creation epics/user stories/tasks.
Be responsible for defining clear acceptance criteria for epics/user stories/tasks
Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments — documentation, operations, etc.
Provide all required support to team during sprints
Collaborate with other teams to ensure product integrity and consistence
Attend and lead Scrum meetings, such as grooming and planning sessions, retrospectives and demos
Present team results to management, sales and other internal stakeholders

Oracle Field Service Cloud is a web-based applications solution that provides advanced tools for companies with small, medium and large mobile workforces to automate and optimize planning, scheduling, appointment booking, as well as routing and job allocation and real-time management of any type of field service event. OFSC include applications for forecasting, capacity management, routing, real-time field management/dispatch and an advanced HTML 5-based mobility app for field employees. It also includes apps for collaboration, location-based information and customer communications.
