Strong knowledge of testing processes and excellent in defect tracking
Knowledge of testing approaches, principles and methodologies
Experience and strong skills in manual testing
Experience in automated testing
Experience in test design techniques
Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
2+ years of working experience in software testing
English communication skill — intermediate or higher
University degree in technical subject — physics, mathematics, computer science or engineering

Role responsibility is to increase delivered value by keeping quality on a high level with reasonable efforts
by:
analyzing of functional specs for completeness & testability;
working with developers on technical design to ensure quality, uncover risks and potential problems;
performing all kind of testing (functional, performance, security etc.);
automation and optimization of testing routine;
raising issues and concerns in a clear and timely manner.
