We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy sourcer with 1+ year of staffing experience in the corporate field, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently. We seek a dynamic, polished professional with IT technical sourcing experience.
You must be a self-starting multi-tasker who is accustomed to providing quality customer service in a client-driven team environment, with a proven ability to deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic partner with recruitment team to meet staffing needs primarily in the areas of development & quality assurance.
- Generate pipeline and candidate flow through candidate searches on job boards, networking sites, search engines and other sources.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet sourcing goals, and provide exceptional candidate experience.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques to include: cold calling, networking, research, database management, etc.
- Interviewing and screening applicants.
- Work with recruiters to ensure they have sufficient support and clear understanding of the search and sourcing strategies.
- Research and source appropriate candidates for open positions.
- Represent our company in a professional manner.
- Design creative solutions to meet pipeline development challenges.
- Strong ability to source in international markets and technology hubs.
Qualifications/Skills
- 2-4 years professional research and sourcing.
- Knowledge of contemporary Recruiting staffing process.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English (you will be working with foreign teams)
- Ability to build effective relationships and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Thorough ability to convey a sense of urgency and professionalism to candidates.
- Effective sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Results oriented — proven consultative style in developing and maintaining relationships within and across organizations, and developing sourcing strategies in a wide variety of functional areas. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
- Team Player — demonstrated ability to source for a broad and deep range of positions.
- Must be detail oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
- Proven ability to identify recruitment team needs, attain their commitment to the process, and to drive the sourcing process.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Must be familiar with a variety of sourcing concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Recent industry experience preferred.
