6+ years of technology-related experience in product technology/startup companies, building high volume, highly reliable, and scalable product development using open source technology stack with extensive experience in Javascript / Java / RDBMS and No SQL DB technologies
Deep production-grade experience with Microservices architecture
Minimum of 2 years in managing development teams of technical professionals and cross-functional experience
Extremely hands-on technically; should have a deep passion and curiosity for technology
Excellent communicators and well versed in building leaders and high-performance teams
Strategic thinking and leadership skills to review other important requirements
Experience in developing software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies with geographically distributed teams is highly desired
Must have a BTech degree in Computer Science or related field from top universities; MS in Computer Science or related fields strongly preferred
