Oracle Cloud Operations team is seeking an IT-manager who wants to lead a team of highly talented Support Engineering professionals who are revolutionizing the delivery of Cloud Services to the world’s biggest organizations, which use Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) SaaS solution for business-critical real-time processes. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with best in class cloud service. These are exciting times in our space.

OFSC enables modern enterprises to continuously monitor real-time field service requests coming in from contact centers, to schedule the right field service representative to dispatch, and to use sophisticated business analytic to monitor and view current inventories, accurately predict service windows, and optimize field service operations. OFSC solutions manage over 200 million service events annually in more than 20 countries and include global brands across many industries.

As the Manager of Cloud Operations you will participate in the creation, development and execute strategies designed to improve performance, resiliency, security, and efficiency of supported SaaS service. You will partner closely with colleagues, developers and customers to evolve the capabilities and maturity of existing service and to create new service offerings.

The Manager of Cloud Operations is a critical member responsible for guiding our staff. You will lead and build some groups of Cloud Operations analysts and engineers who own one or multiple modules of OFSC, ensure their uninterrupted functioning and troubleshoot the system, responsible for day-to-day operational activities. Your team will be accountable to develop deep technical solutions and robust, compliant processes to protect our cloud service. This requires active participation in process reviews, technology assessments, and detailed security engineering on an ongoing basis. Simultaneously this role requires the communication skills to understand, influence, educate, drive and evangelize the appropriate message to technical personal.
