diligent and responsible person with good communicator and presenter skills
2+ years of experience in IT industry
technical background in software development (junior/middle level position in QA, tech. analyst or dev)
English communication skill — advanced or higher;
having attentiveness to details;
willing to continue one’s career as a manager;

experience in Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies
experience with configuring dashboards and building reports in Jira or similar tracking system
university degree in technical subject — physics, mathematics, computer science or engineering

Responsibilities:
maintain transparency and visibility on engineering projects;
work with team leads and senior managers to ensure they are providing required data in clear and consistent format;
support regular and ad-hock cross-team meetings, provide and gather information, summarize meeting notes, track follow up actions;
represent Maxymiser team on cross-product projects;
identify blockers, ETA shifts, communication gaps and proactively escalate problems to appropriate stakeholders;
propose and implement improvements for processes, documentation and metrics
