We are looking for a self driven, enthusiastic Talent Sourcer who will thrive in an innovative and dynamic environment.

We expect you to have

Good research skills, experience in Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools
Experience in sourcing relevant candidates outside of Linkedin
General knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.)
Good English level (at least Intermediate Level)
You are positive, communicative and honest person, attentive to the details
Excellent negotiation skills

Обов’язки

You will

Interacting with potential candidates and leads on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Skype, Telegram)
Crafting and sending recruiting emails
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases.
Organizing team-building activities in Kyiv
Develop and implement high quality, innovative and cost effective sourcing strategies
Perform other HR duties as needed
