Professional attitude, willingness to learn and be coached;
Ability to overcome objections, and ask key questions to determine client needs;
Eagerness to take on challenges, self-motivated, results-driven, positive and professional attitude;
Strong follow-up skills and pays attention to detail;
Upper Intermediate English level is a must;
Fluent Russian/Ukrainian is a must;
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
Computer literate, ability to navigate and do research on the internet.

Selling Experience in IT outsourcing services including DevOps and/or System Administration services;
Working in B2B sales on US and EU markets;
Experience in customer support / call centers;
Upwork or other freelance workplaces working experience;
Experience with CRM tools.

Sending prepared marketing campaign;
Monitoring and processing incoming leads via different sales channels (corporate website and social network pages, forums, blogs);
Searching for potential clients on Upwork, Angellist, Linkedin, Clutch, Crunch, etc.;
Sparking interest in potential new customers by enthusiastically introducing services;
Proactively reaching out to leads to identify profitable opportunities;
Set up and maintain complete and accurate customer accounts within our CRM;
Collaborating with the sales team to share knowledge and provide suggestions for best practices.

OpsWorks Co. is a Ukraine-based IT engineering company. We specifically focus on providing professional DevOps and System Administration Services, delivering complex Engineering Solutions and Digital Transformation. We are looking to expand our team with a self-driven, motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who will help us building and maintaining long-term relationships with new clients. This is a full-time and a long-term position.
