3+ years of recruiting experience in IT field;
Ability to build and lead full cycle recruitment process;
Experience utilizing social media and internet-based recruiting tools;

Ability to maintain a consistently fast-pace in delivering results;

Full life-cycle recruiting;
Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;
Utilizing a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, social media, and networking to maximize candidate sourcing and grow company’s employment brand.
Attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and managerial positions;
Creating job descriptions; make enhancements to existing job descriptions.
Researching and investigation new sourcing ideas and tools;
Work with Head of HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategy.
