A minimum of 1.5 years of marketing experience in the IT industry;
Practical experience in social media marketing;
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms;
Ability to create interesting and viral content for marketing purposes;
Result-orientation, responsibility, attentiveness to details, networking;
Upper-Intermediate English is a must;
Strong time management skills;
Curiosity and creativity.

Experience with US and EU customers;
Social analytics tools knowledge;
Basic SEO understanding.

Building and managing the company’s social media profiles and presence;
Developing a strategy to promote the company in social networks;
Increasing brand awareness, value, accessibility on our target markets;
Creating a unique and involving content for social online communications, creation of a regular publishing schedule;
Curate, and managing all published content (images, video and written);
Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads;
Conducting online advocacy and opening a stream for cross-promotions;
Developing and expanding community and/or influencer outreach efforts;
Overseeing the design of our social accounts;
Designing, creating and managing promotions and Social ad campaigns;
Managing efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitoring online reviews and responding to each review;
Analyzing key metrics and tweaking strategy as needed;
Developing and running PR campaigns on external forums and resources.

OpsWorks Co. is a Ukraine-based professional DevOps and system administration company delivering complex IT engineering solutions and remote support services. We are looking to expand our team with an SMM Manager, who will help us increase our brand awareness in the market.
This is a full-time and long-term position.
