Experience with Linux/UNIX platforms;

Experience in technical support (level 1 or 2);
LAMP stack knowledge;

Bash scripting skills;

We are looking to expand our team with a Support Engineer (AEST Business Hours) who will help us to ensure that we meet our customers’ demands of service delivery and QoS. This is a full-time and a long-term position. The position implies working with the latest technology stack and constant growth within the role. We will work together to design and build reliable and productive IT infrastructure, setup and configure servers and workstations, implement the newest technologies into the daily business routine and help to manage the overall underlying environments.
