Here I am, continuing to work with OpsWorks.co. And I’m ready to sum up how it was from perspective three years in a row.

The company has chosen a top-notch technology stack, constantly working on growing as a robust partner, improving its strongest and reassuring its weakest points, which I’m not sure even existed, but you know, constant evaluation is seeing without a blurry eye.
I’m satisfied with the salary and perks. I haven’t seen any corporative ladder as it is in a top Tech Companies. I believe this is for better, more freedom, more flexibility. All of us are unique people, and the company adapts to the individuality of all team members.
It is reasonable to say that managers in the company are real proficients.

Without a shadow of a doubt, it’s a pleasure to work in such a proficient company.
