B2B Customer Success Representative

As one of the world leaders in the cybersecurity space, OpenVPN is looking for a B2B Customer Success Representative. Your primary responsibilities will be to increase the conversion of our existing corporate leads to paying customers as well as support existing customers worldwide. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 2+ years of customer success experience who wants to take ownership and work independently to achieve outstanding results

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant B2B customer success and sales experience with international customers
  • Outbound lead generation experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
  • Solid understanding of IT industry and technologies
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (C1 or higher)
  • Outstanding communication & teamworking skills
  • Structured mindset and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to quantify results and prioritize efforts based on data


Will Be a Plus:

  • Experience in computer networking and cybersecurity
  • Fluency in additional languages

Your primary focus as a Customer Success Representative will be to increase the conversion rate of new leads generated organically and through marketing campaigns. Your secondary focus will be to ensure satisfaction and retention of our existing corporate clients. You will work in direct collaboration with our sales and marketing teams and will have a lot of freedom to show initiative and take ownership of processes. Among your responsibilities will be the following:
— Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing email and other campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
— Reach out to prospective leads to convert them into paying customers and build out customer relationships
— Nurture existing customer relationships and resolve customer issues with the view to increase customer satisfaction and retention
— Processes sales orders, incoming purchase orders, and invoices
