Job description

OpenVPN is looking for a DevOps/Solutions Developer to join architectural team and work on research and development tasks. You will be interacting with architects on a daily basis implementing proof of concepts, doing technology researches, examining and improving our online infrastructure and services offering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on/production experience
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS preference)
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., terraform, terragrunt)
• Experience with logging and monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack);
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts
• Understanding of NoSQL data storage
• +2 or —2 hours timezone to UA/Kyiv time (GMT+3 +/- 2 hours)
• Orientation on results and getting things done

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge of one of the programming languages: JS, Java, Go
• Ability to implement solutions in that programming language with industry quality standards
• Experience with GitOps approach (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux)
• Previous experience of doing r-n-d tasks
• Good presentation skills
