— 2+ years in IT Recruitment (full cycle)
— Experience with International hiring
— Experience with social media, job boards
— Knowledge of sourcing techniques
— Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (now we use Recruitee)
— Good working knowledge of Google Services (Gmail, Drive, Meet, etc.)
— Outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision
— Excellent communication abilities
— Upper-Intermediate English level (both spoken and written)
