Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our R&D leads the requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment
• Working with the Delivery manager and Product owners to make sure timetable and scopes are delivered as planned and expected
• Verify and validate code quality through code reviews and workshops
• Flag any potential issue along the architecture, flow or code
• Bring in innovation and new techs to the team’s stack

Job requirements

• 3+ Years in Java and OOP development
• 2+ Years with Spring framework
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Proven experience in multithreading
• Hands-on experience with Microservices
• Hands-on experience with Kafka/AMQP protocols
• Hands-on experience with gRPC
• Hands-on experience with writing BDD tests
• Containers experience (Docker or K8s) — advantage
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
