What exactly you will do?

— Sourcing on LinkedIn and the other major social media websites will be a major part of your daily job.

— Build talent pipelines

— Communication with hiring managers

— Conducting screening interviews, participating in technical interviews

— Targeting and reaching passive candidates using creative methodologies

— Scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, updating our applicant tracking system, and looking for new ways to attract great professionals to our company will also be some of your daily tasks.

— You will be also able to help us with fresh ideas regarding the employer branding strategy of the company and other recruitment-related initiatives.
