Who we are looking for?

Lead Front End Engineer, ideally with 6+ years of commercial hands-on software development experience in a previous role, plus a minimum of 2 years experience managing teams of highly technical staff.

What is the project tech stack?

— JavaScript, React (hooks) Redux, Typescript, jss material UI
— IndexDB
— Docker, Jenkins pipelines, git
— Also would be good to have familiarity with any BE technology — Java, Node.js, Python
-Jest — react testing library

What you will be doing?

Line management of a small to medium development team composed of 1-2 streams including Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers and Quality Assurance.
Supporting the recruitment of technical staff onto teams.
Key stakeholder liaison and alignment with senior people in the OpenBet organization, from Product teams to Operations and Architecture.
Take a lead in shaping software engineering practices and processes on the projects, working in various flavors of Agile.
Motivating and driving the team with technical leadership and vision.
Ensuring every deliverable has agreed on SLAs, which are both demonstrable and monitored against defined KPIs.
Hands-on development together with the team but more high-level.

How your team would look like?

We have feature teams within all organization, every team consist of 7-9 team members, middle and senior FE or BE engineers plus 2 QAs manual or automation.
