A Web3 startup is seeking a skilled Solana Blockchain Developer with a deep passion for blockchain to join the core team.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in Solana development and smart contract creation.
• Solid understanding of Rust programming language and Anchor framework.
• Familiarity with Solana Mobile Stack.
• Knowledge of smart contract security practices
• Strong English
• Practical experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) using Solana.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and development roadmap of the project.
• Collaborate with the product, finance, and compliance teams to integrate the product into financial ecosystems and payment networks.
• Conduct thorough testing and audits of smart contracts to ensure security and compliance.
• Optimize blockchain transaction speeds, minimize gas fees, and improve the user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with front-end/Web3.js development
• Experience in conducting and successfully passing smart contract security audits.
