Your future team of professionals

You will become part of a dynamic Mobion Product Team, where we value ownership, curiosity, and collaboration. Our team includes Product Owners, UX/UI designers, Data Analysts and Data Entry (Geo) specialists.
We prioritize continuous delivery, rapid testing of hypotheses, and close collaboration with our clients around the globe. You will have regular syncs with stakeholders, and take part in strategic sessions, planning, and demos. Your future challenges

• Take ownership of product discovery and delivery cycles.
• Actively communicate with internal stakeholders (design, engineering, customer success) to align business goals with user needs.
• Participate in strategic product decisions and influence product positioning and packaging.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to shape intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Validate ideas via rapid hypothesis testing and MVPs.
• Ensure the product meets the needs of different global markets through market-specific adaptations.
• Help define go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal product development processes.

Impact you will make:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing market and customer needs.
• Define and refine the product roadmap based on business goals.
• Drive innovation and long-term product strategy.
• Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the entire product backlog.
• Collect and process feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Present product updates and performance reports.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends.
• Define and monitor product KPIs.
• Use A/B testing and data analytics to optimize features.

Skills we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Higher education (related field), Certifications in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO), Agile methodologies, or Product Management (e.g., Reforge) will be a plus
• English — Intermediate and above
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Writing clear and detailed user stories.
• Backlog management and prioritization.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience working with development teams.
• Defining and tracking product KPIs.
• Data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
• Market research and competitive analysis.
• Product roadmap planning and execution.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration at an organizational level.
• Defining long-term product vision and strategy.

Additional skills we would appreciate

• Understanding of the basics of working with data (SQL, basic principles of working with databases).  
• Experience in the following areas: Ride-Hailing, Ridesharing, Mobility, Logistics, Delivery.
