The team works on a group of services in urban transport and logistics. With millions of active users to date, we are committed to expanding our reach within Ukraine and internationally. We provide our users with web and mobile applications based on a strong backend and a clean UI/UX. In addition, we have established dedicated departments for business operations, marketing, and customer support. Finally, we offer development models for our product and SaaS for external markets.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of incoming applications and requests from potential customers;
- Conducting presentations and software demonstrations for interested customers;
- Identifying customer needs and selecting optimal solutions based on our software package;
- Effective use of Zoho CRM to manage your sales funnel, track customer interactions, and report on them;
- Developing and implementing a strategy for active prospecting using various tools;
- Use of tools such as cold calls, email newsletters, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms (Hunter.io, Clearbit);
- Negotiating and concluding contracts with new clients;
- Analyzing the market and competitive environment to identify new sales opportunities;
- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with customers;
- Developing and implementing a customer nurturing strategy using automated tools and content marketing;
- Regular communication with existing customers to identify their needs and offer new solutions;
- Creating and implementing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction;
- Effective use of Zoho CRM to track interactions and maintain high customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the SaaS field;
- Fluency in English with a proficiency level ranging between С1 to C2
- Thorough knowledge of the sales process (identifying needs, working with objections);
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all stages of sales;
- Ability to capture software requirements for the development team;
- Experience with CRM, including setting up and managing data, creating reports and analytics, and updating partner data on time;
- Understanding of the principles of software solutions for the transportation industry;
- Use of tools for active customer prospecting (cold calls, email newsletters, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Clearbit);
- Ability to analyze data and create reports to evaluate sales performance.
