Head of Marketing


The team works on a group of services in the field of urban transportation and logistics. Today, we already have millions of users and are very ambitious in regard to the development and growth of markets both in Ukraine and abroad. We provide our users with web and mobile versions of the product on a basis of heavy backend combined with a neat UI/UX. Moreover, we have our business operations, marketing, and customer support departments. Finally, we provide development models as our own product and SaaS for external markets.


  • Analyze the competitors’ strategies
  • Analyze the cities and regional characteristics in terms of promoting OnTaxi services
  • Analyze current and prospective development areas
  • Build the marketing team, select the candidates, and set up processes
  • Organize training for department employees
  • Form, control, and optimize the team budget expenses
  • Engage in the operational management of the marketing team
  • Coordinate with Business Operations & Product Development teams
  • Develop an up-to-date marketing strategy, plan the budget
  • Distribute projects and tasks within the team in accordance with the OKR framework
  • Present strategies and OKRs to stakeholders
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance to stakeholders and the team
  • Provide budget reports
  • Organize work with metrics and KPIs within the marketing team


  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing as a lead
  • Experience in PR, SMM, User Acquisition
  • Experience with IT companies and IT products promotion, understanding of IT processes
  • Knowledge of basic marketing tools and concepts
  • Knowledge and experience in using creative tools and concepts
  • Knowledge and experience in developing online and offline marketing activations
  • Excellent knowledge of the key conversion factors and concepts, being able to measure indicators and understand their purpose
  • Excellent understanding of the PR campaign launch principles
  • Social media promotion skills (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, instant messengers)
  • Excellent skills in segmentation, competitive analysis, interviewing, surveys, focus groups, and research
  • Being familiar with the Online Reputation Management principles and tools
  • Experience with task trackers (Jira and similar)
  • Experience with knowledge bases (Confluence and similar)
  • Experience with goal-setting tools (SMART, creative brief, project passport)
  • Experience with planning tools (GANTT, WBS)
  • Basic management skills, active listening skills, and providing feedback depending on the level of the specialist
  • Budgeting, expense control, and optimization skills
