• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Navision (development, architecture, functional aspects)
• Knowledge of SQL (administration and programming)
• Upper-Intermediate English spoken skills and good communication skills for daily interactions with clients and within multinational project teams

• NET/C# hands-on experience would be a plus
• MS Dynamics NAV certification is a plus
• A consulting mindset is a plus

• Developing cost effective software features matching the specifications, with the agreed quality, and within or better than the planned schedule and resource usage, following the agreed standards
• Participating in determining the overall conceptual design and providing technical consultation. Act as technical expert who influences cost-effectiveness, innovation and simplicity in design
• Creation of auto-test cases for the existing customized business solutions and functionalities
• Converting functional requirements to technical specifications
• Developing custom code to implement business requirements
• Configuring, developing, implementing, and maintaining enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics BС/NAV
• Troubleshooting and fixing defects
• Providing support for escalated customer service issues
• Planning and executing upgrades and releases
