Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of Unity developers
· Design and program new solutions.
· Work closely to other teams and PM to define and stand on delivery timelines
· Create and follow technical roadmaps to deliver the development strategy and plans
· Proactively participate in improvements and existing solutions tuning
· Share expertise and knowledge to your teammates

Requirements:
· 2+ years of team leadership experience
· 4+ years professional software development experience
· Strong knowledge of object oriented design, design patterns, and data structures.
· Experience developing and optimizing for mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.).
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively on projects with designers, artists, testers, and other developers.
· Good spoken and written English is a must.

Skills:
· Strong C# programming experience.
· Strong experience with Unity3D.
· Strong understanding of IoC principles.
· Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
· Experience with such Unity features like:
· Asset bundles
· Asynchronous development using Coroutines and Custom Yield Instructions
· Scriptable Objects
· Unity UI
· Strong knowledge of RESTful API
· Experience developing and optimizing for mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.).
· Performance-minded development and optimization skills

Will be a plus:
· Experience with IoC and/or DI Frameworks (StrangeIoC, Zenject, etc...)
· Experience with social casino games
· Experience with WebGL
· Experience with native plugins development (android, ios)
· Understanding of the full mobile release pipeline (iOS, Google, Amazon)
· Basic understanding of Shaders development
· Basic understanding of 3D Models structure and model-material connections
· Experienced agile team member
