Обязанности

• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regulation information and other departments implementations;
• Prepares reports through DB or DWH;
• Create US to build the reports by the Dev team;
• Maintains daily reports and compliance complaints, resolving concerns
• Investigate: In case there is a suspected population start the investigation (First tear) — on the system admin, maybe on DB;
• Escalate: In case needed raise the case to the Delivery team for further investigation (Relevant Dev, Product, SA, Dev and QA);
• Follow up on reported incidents progress;
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
