Requirement:

Work experience at similar positions minimum 2+ years;
English Intermediate (written and spoken);
Understanding of software development company functioning;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Result orientation;
Attention to details;
Ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilty:

Headhunting and Recruitment of staff (Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Artists etc);
Effective communication with potential candidates;
Interviews;
Increasing and updating internal candidate database;
Work and negotiations both with external customers and with internal (PM, Team Lead, CEO etc.);
IT market monitoring.
