● At least 3 years of experience on mobile platforms
● Knowledge about the product lifecycle, release planning, scrum
● Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
● Believing and understanding of the testing methodology and test automation in Agile product lifecycle.
● Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
● Background in betting, gaming or similar industries

● Knowledge of database querying
● Passionate about sports and sport betting

Responsibilities:

● Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
● Create well-structured and detailed test plans and test cases for both stories and release packages
● Estimate efforts of testing activities
● Plan and coordinate tests with development teams
● Identify, record, document and track bugs
● Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
● Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing stories to meet product needs
● Liaise with development (delivery) team to identify system requirements
● Design, develop and execute automation scripts using automated testing tools
● Track and report quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
● Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Goals

Within the first 30 days:

● Learn and comment on “Bug Life Cycle” with the commitment of all development team
● Commit to QA Release Reporting format, including improvements
● Start daily test status reporting in both module and severity axis
After every production release,
● Develop a QA Release Report contains
— How many bugs generated by which profession in which phase
— How many production bugs solved with the release
● Within the first 3 months, create/improve development quality policy

Recursively,
● Document test scenarios before development teams start developing the product
● Develop automated tests and improve them with the change of definitions
● Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
● Maintain bug tracking infrastructure
● Create transparency for overall quality
● Provide metrics report for analysis of defects, detection of negative trends, and continuous process improvement
