Обязанности

Responsibilities
● Drives development teams to complete their goals in every sprint
● Coordinates projects, commits backlog prioritization and manages resources to serve the best effort to BetBull
● Acts as a bridge between product and technology on the delivery part of products
● Identifies and initiates delivery projects to ensure high-quality delivery
● Direct, review and negotiate on product design and specifications from a technology perspective
● Create, design, monitor architecture and manage implementation phase
● Manage development team, collect 1-1 meetings and report necessary feedbacks and education needs per employee and as teams
● Develop and implement software management and DevOps policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department
● Set technical goals within broad vision provided by the leadership team
● Identifies and develops leaders for the future
● Mentor development team for their best versions
● Manage team to learn from past experiences
● Presents a high level of technology leadership to drive high-quality work on delivery
● Act as the voice of the delivery to management

● Reduce bugs found during the development process by 20%
● Improve unit testing coverage to 10%
● Increase sprint capacity by 20%

Objective 2: Build a high performing delivery team
Key Results:
● Decrease story dependencies by 25%
● Increase performance capacity by 10%
● Develop and document performance metrics for the delivery team
● Conclude educational lectures at least one day in every month, one week in every quarter

Objective 3: Improve software performances
Key Results:
● Improve backend code quality by 15%
● Reduce average application response time to <500 msec at any peak time

Objective 4: Hire top delivery talent
Key Results:
● Improve the recruiting process with new screening processes
● Interview 10 people in a month without any recruitment need

BetBull is a new generation social sports betting app that is seeing great success in its startup stage and is looking to disrupt the sports betting market with a new and innovative approach; by combining free-to-play game mechanics with a mobile and social design and marketing strategy. Betbull has achieved the status of a scale-up, since going live with our product in early 2017.
