OnlyMonster is a rapidly expanding startup building an advanced management platform for companies operating on fan platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, and others. We serve 2,000+ businesses and our team is 70+ people strong.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager with hands-on Cyprus experience — candidates without Cyprus background will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial processes: accounting, reporting, and financial operations
• Lead managerial reporting aligned with company’s strategic objectives — with actionable insights, not just numbers
• Prepare accurate financial statements, forecasts, and reports for executive management and investors
• Oversee fiscal reporting and compliance in Cyprus
• Prepare the company for audit and successfully pass Big4 audit
• Manage contractor payments and transfers — ensuring smooth, compliant payouts at scale
• Open and manage bank accounts, payment instruments, processing solutions, and fintech relationships
• Pass compliance procedures in financial and banking institutions
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and controlling processes
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to executive management
• Manage financial risk, compliance, and internal controls
• Leverage AI tools including Claude Technologies in day-to-day financial operations
• Direct reporting to CEO with a clear path to CFO

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Cyprus entities — mandatory requirement
• Big4 background is a strong plus
• Experience preparing companies for Big4 audit
• Proven experience in a financial role within an international IT company
• Hands-on experience with contractor payments, bulk transfers, and payment infrastructure
• Experience opening bank accounts and working with fintechs and payment processors
• Track record of passing compliance in financial institutions
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in AI tools, including Claude
