Responsibilities:
- Verifying financial data of employees (payment details, invoices for reimbursement, etc.)
- Reconcile payroll with time tracking data
- Generate and analyze financial reports
- Monitor internal budgets and expenses
- Manage financial data collection and invoicing for customers
- Maintain and configure the corporate financial accounting system (Zoho Books, Quickbooks etc)
- Collaborate with the corporate Treasurer on payment processes
- Work closely with the corporate Accountant to ensure accurate financial data collection
- Continuously improve the Company’s internal financial processes
Qualifications:
- English Language: Intermediate or higher proficiency (ability to maintain documentation in English).
- Ukrainian Language: Proficient.
- Experience: 3+ years in a US-based (or related) company.
- Field Experience: Background in finance or banking.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in financial processes.
- Financial Analysis: Proven expertise in financial analysis techniques.
- ERP Systems: Experience with corporate ERP systems (e.g., Zoho Books or similar).
- Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones (US/Europe).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT company specifics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields.
