OneSoil is an agricultural intelligence company.

We turn satellite imagery into economic decisions for farmers: which part of a field needs more fertiliser and which needs less, where to take soil samples, what to check today. The same technology, scaled up, shows food companies, traders and banks what is growing across entire countries.

Since 2016 we’ve grown into a product used by 140,000+ farmers in 180 countries, analysed 650 million hectares of arable land and built partnerships with 100+ agri leaders, including Bayer, BASF, Cargill and Corteva. Our latest product, AI Agronomist, reads every field every day and tells the farmer what needs attention.

Behind that is a team of 20 people — fully remote and distributed across several countries, including Ukraine. In a team this size, every engineer works directly with product managers, designers and ML engineers, owns real parts of the system and sees their work land in farmers’ hands.

Our backend is Python: Django and DRF, FastAPI, Celery, PostgreSQL with PostGIS, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
