General QA / Technical Project Coordinator (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a General QA / Technical Project Coordinator who can ensure the quality of our products, coordinate team activities, and support smooth delivery processes. This role combines hands-on testing with project coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master the intricacies of the OneReach.ai platform.
• Consolidate information from various sources and produce clear, detailed technical documentation.
• Lead day-to-day coordination across 50+ environments, ensuring smooth and timely release activities.
• Prioritize, plan, and manage releases based on the current status of each account.
• Engage with internal stakeholders throughout the release process and proactively follow up on updates.
• Perform comprehensive manual and automation functional, regression, and integration testing of core platform modules.
• Create and maintain high-quality test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and reports.
• Track issues, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams.
• Research and analyze feature requests and reported issues, providing structured insights and recommendations.
  Coordinate project timelines, manage task statuses, and keep all stakeholders informed on progress.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation), including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern release processes.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows.
• Ability to design, maintain, and improve automated test suites and shared testing utilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clear, structured technical updates.
• Solid skills in researching and analyzing feature requests and reported issues, providing actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and ability to anticipate risks and support teams in resolving issues.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Familiarity with Algorithms, Data Structures, and Cloud Solutions.
• Previous exposure to B2B SaaS products.
