Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a technical writer;
• Excellent written and spoken English (advanced English);
• Ability to research and collate background information;
• Attention to detail;
• Experience in cross-team collaboration;
• Understanding of the SDLC.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Markdown;
• Experience with issue-tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

• Creating tech and support documentation (product & process documentation, system components/architecture descriptions, dev/QA guidelines, user manuals);
• Working with internal teams (developers, technology leaders, and other subject matter experts) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product;
• Analyzing existing and potential content;
• Determining users’ needs for technical documentation;
• Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
