Responsibilities
— Lead and manage the team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
— Take responsibility for the company infrastructure on AWS (primarily), Azure, GC, and other vendors
— Lead development of the infrastructure related components of our platform
— Design, implement, and manage software deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines
— Participation in the on-сall rotation to solve urgent issues
— Conduct production readiness reviews for new services and features
— Technical consultancy for internal and external customers.
Requirements
— Proven leadership experience. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills
— Experience designing, building and operating HA infrastructures
— Solid experience with Kubernetes: Helm, secrets, autoscalers, monitoring
— Solid experience with one of the following cloud providers: AWS, GC, Azure
— Hands-on experience with Linux and containers (administration, troubleshooting)
— Scripting skills in one or more languages: Javascript, Python, Golang
— Good networking understanding (AWS: VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, TransitGateways etc)
— At least upper-intermediate English level
Nice to have
— Experience with ArgoCD, Knative
— Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) is a plus
— Experience with Terraform and other Hashicorp products (Packer, Consul, Vault)
— Knowledge of security compliances, best practices for Cloud and On-prem platforms
— Experience Continuous Security establishing and automation: integration of security tools (static code analysis, dependencies scanning, docker containers scanning etc)
