— You have 3+ years of experience in office management;
— You have at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— You have experience handling diverse administrative tasks;
— You’re experienced using technologies and office equipment;

— You have a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

— You already have experience as an office manager in an IT company.

You’ll be overseeing all the administrative functions in the Kyiv office including but not limited to the following:
— You’ll be in charge of ordering and purchasing office supplies and equipment;
— You’ll be facilitating and controlling our services providers like cleaning, deliveries and equipment service;
— You’ll take care of the team by just being there daily helping and supporting everyone in need;
— You’ll assist in HR-related activities, supporting our onboarding process.

Our office is a three-story historical building located in the vibrant neighbourhood near the National Circus. As an office manager, your number one goal will be taking care of our building and creating a comfortable environment for a team of up to 100 people. Of course, since most of the team has gone remote, there are usually few people in the office on the daily basis.

We understand that electricity blackouts can be a challenge for office managers in Kyiv. Despite the power outages our office is fully functional, supplied with alternative lighting sources and backup generators. Office manager will play a crucial part in providing help and support to our team during working hours.
