We look for someone who
• Has 3 years of experience in IT management
• Has knowledge of ITIL principles, ITSM
• Has experience in team management
• Has experience with Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure administration
• Has experience in administering Linux, Windows, VMWare
• Has experience in remote servers administration
• Has experience with network equipment (Cisco, Mikrotik), VPN setup, WiFi
• Has experience with mail servers (Microsoft Exchange, GSuite), antiviruses, ERP systems support.

• Flexibility, negotiation skills
• Optimism, curiosity and creativity
• Ability to think fast and make smart decisions
• Logical thinking, general erudition, craving for research and analysis.

What will you be doing
• Management of IT service in the Group of Companies
• Systematize IT business processes based on ITIL/ITSM
• Assess risks, monitor and control of the information/infrastructure security
• Manage IT budget
• Propose IT optimization and lead appropriate projects;
• Manage the IT team (2 system administrators)
• Ensure high level of IT service provision to internal users (as measured by NPS)
• Hold annual mini tenders for IT suppliers, partnership
• Interact with all the departments of the company and manage the expectations of stakeholders
• Support corporate ERP system.
