— 1+ years of experience in technical writing
— Advanced level of written and spoken English
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science or a similar field
— Strong analytical and information gathering skills with exceptional attention to detail
— Ability to clearly communicate complex topics to a technical audience
— Knowledge of Microsoft, Apple, Chicago, or other manuals of style
— Understanding of DDLC and SDLC processes and roles; Agile principles and methodologies
— Experience with graphics editing tools (basic functionality).
— Demonstrable experience in technical writing, proven by your portfolio
— Experience with project tracking, customer service and collaboration software (Jira, Zendesk and Confluence)
— Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies
— Experience in documenting RESTful API
— Basic knowledge of JSON and XML
— Familiarity with HTML and CSS
