— Experience in RoR development for 2-5 years;
— Ajax, Javascript, JQuery, CoffeeScript;
— MySQL(PostgreSQL), Redis.
— Intermediate and above level of English.

— Understanding of RoR and RSpec frameworks;
— Linux, Git, Rake;
— Team player;
— Ability to manage own time effectively.
