Mission
Ensure accurate, timely, and structured HR administration and employee support across an international environment and multiple jurisdictions, so that hiring, onboarding, employee support, documentation, and offboarding processes run correctly, transparently, and without delays.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations Specialist, HR Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Experience in HR administration across multiple jurisdictions / countries.
- Experience working with local contractors and external providers in different countries, including accountants, lawyers, HR consultants, and other relevant specialists.
- Experience in personnel administration, including hiring, employee changes, termination, contracts, addendums, and other HR documents.
- Experience conducting 1:1 meetings with employees and providing ongoing HR support.
- Experience handling employee concerns, misunderstandings, and conflict situations.
- Confident user of spreadsheets, HRM/HRIS, Jira, or other tools for managing HR processes and employee data.
- English — Fluent.
- Readiness for international business travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration for employees across multiple jurisdictions, taking into account local requirements and employment specifics.
- Work with local contractors and external providers in the relevant jurisdictions, including accountants, lawyers, HR consultants, and other specialists.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, employee changes, ongoing support, offboarding, and termination.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, addendums, HR documents, and employee files.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure all required steps are completed on time.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees, collect feedback, identify potential concerns, and support employee engagement.
- Handle employee concerns, misunderstandings, and conflict situations, facilitate constructive communication, and help find appropriate solutions.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal HR policies and procedures.
