Mission

Key Requirements
- Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or logistics automation (sorting, conveyors, packaging, or warehouse robotics).
- Proven experience with ODM/OEM robotics or automation systems, ideally with Chinese manufacturing partners — from specification through production validation.
- PLC programming
- Experience with motion control, servo systems, and sensors.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Modbus, CANopen).
- Experience with robotics systems (Delta, SCARA, or collaborative robots).
- CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (TwinCAT, RoboDK).
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing or integrating automated sorting or warehouse systems.
- Knowledge of vision systems, AI-based routing, or digital twin modeling.
- Exposure to IoT / Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Programming skills in Python or C++ for robot or system-level scripting.

- Shape Long-Term Robotics Platform Vision — act as system architect and qualify for participation in the company’s option pool.
