Strong Junior UI/UX Designer (вакансія неактивна)

Omisoft is seeking a motivated full-time Strong Junior UI/UX Designer with a genuine passion for design, structured thinking, and a desire to grow within our team!

Requirements:
— 0,5-1+ year of commercial experience in UI/UX Design
— Experience designing websites and dashboards, experience with mobile applications will be a plus
— Proficiency in Figma (wireframes, autolayout, variables, prototyping). You should seek to create systems that are easy to work with
— Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
— A current portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills
— Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
— Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
— Experience with AI-driven UX research tools and methodologies
— Experience with data analysis and user research techniques to inform design decisions will be a plus

Responsibilities:
— UI/UX development for web and mobile products
— Creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
— Developing complex products (dashboards, CRM, SaaS, platforms)
— Analyzing usability and proposing creative solutions to improve UX
— Present and explain to clients design decisions in English
— Actively participate in multiple projects across the company and voice your ideas on design improvements
