Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical education
• Solid experience in creating BA deliverables: functional specifications, use cases, UML diagrams, acceptance test plans
• Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and soft skills — the ability to build rapport with clients and keep conversations engaging
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Experience in creating UX/UI wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience working on Web3 projects (e.g., DeFi, NFT platforms, smart contract-based products)
• Experience conducting Discovery phases and gathering comprehensive requirements
• Understanding of APIs and integration flows

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Create clear and detailed BA documentation (specifications, diagrams, test cases, etc.)
• Facilitate effective communication between the client and development/design teams
• Participate in client meetings, support workshops, and clarify scope and expectations
• Assist the team in maintaining product vision and aligning it with business goals
