Required skills
Proven work experience as HR manager 6 months
Understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Off-boarding, Performance Review, Adaptation, etc.
Ability to drive organizational changes and setup processes from scratch
Experience in company brand development
Interest in continuous improvement and running experiments
Passion and desire to work with people
Strong leadership skills and pro activeness
People Management skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
Ability to mentor and coach leaders
Experience working with distributed teams
English — Intermediate+

As a plus
Higher education in psychology, profile courses.

Establish and further develop HR processes in the company (40-50 people)
Document relevant policies for the company’s sustainable growth and development
Work closely with management and people to improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy
Conduct employee onboarding process;
Hold 1:1s, exit interviews, and feedback sessions
Assist in the Performance Review
Assist managers and employees in conflict management
Manage HR system with employee data
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Drive processes targeted to build and elaborate on company’s culture, organization of corporate events and team-building activities
Checking English level
