— Knowledge of Accounting and Tax accounting reporting of local tax legislation — Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in 1C: Accounting for Ukraine, MS Office (Excel, Word);

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
— Organizing and processing primary documents;
— Cooperation with PE Accountant, submission of reports and a set of payment orders
— Putting data to 1C, M.E.Doc, Vchasno, etc;
— Preparation of tax reports, budget fees reports;
— Preparation of Enterprise Orders (for core activities, for administrative work, for personnel)
— Ensuring the preparation of processed documents, registers, and reports for storage for a specified period.
— Serve as the point person for office-related duties including Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, etc.
— Provide general support to visitors — Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
— Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
— Plan in-house or off-site activities
— Format information for internal and external communication — memos, emails, presentations, reports.
— Organise and maintain the office filing system.
