REQUIREMENTS:

— Proven 2+ years of working experience as SIP engineer or similar role
— Proven working experience with kamailio, rtpEngine and Asterisk
— Proven working experience in Linux Administration (RedHat based distros preferred)
— Experience in Networking
— Experience with Relational Databases (eg. mysql, mariadb)
— Scripting skills (eg. Bash, python)
— Proficient in spoken and written English

NICE TO HAVE:

— Experience with DevOps methodologies & tools (Terraform, CI/CD)
— Experience with Container Orchestration (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
— Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS & Azure preferred)

— Experience with git
— Experience with ELK
— Experience with Prometheus

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Design and Develop new Features
— Deploy updates
— Take part in troubleshooting sessions
— Proactively monitor/ensure service performance and reliability
— Develop automation/testing tools and procedures
— Integration Sessions with customers
— Troubleshooting Sessions with customers
— Liaise with customers; participate in customer meetings/calls
— Meet regularly with the line manager to review progress.
— Manage issue resolution and critically escalate.
— Work effectively with other teams, units, and departments.
— Manage issues with clarity and ensure effective information flow and team working.
— Support other organization’s priority activities, when necessary.
— Act as an Omilia ambassador
