REQUIREMENTS

— Excellent written and verbal command of English
— Experience in technical support
— Entry-level experience programming with Java or Python is a big plus.
— Background with IT and systems engineering is a plus.
— Excellent communication skills and great teamwork spirit.
— BSc degree or equivalent diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field is required.
— Continuous effort to become better in every respect.
— Have excellent Customer Facing / Soft Skills.
— Consistently Set & Surpass your Targets & Ambitions.
— Have previous working experience in an IT environment and/or a Support Centre, NoC, Call Centre, etc.
— Be ambitious and strive for personal growth.
— Be eager to constantly learn new things, be curious.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Supporting Partner needs via Omilia’s Service Desk (Jira).
— Completing basic level Technical Tasks using Omilia’s Conversational Technology.
— Maintaining & improving Partner’s Portal & Omilia’s Academy.
— Understanding Omilia technology in depth.
— Helping Partner’s master Omilia’s Technology so to better Present / Use it.
— Acquire a holistic view of Omilia’s Products & Tools.
— Train Partners on how to use Omilia’s Tech.
