Product Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a Product Manager, who wants to make a difference and ready to join our Ukraine office in Kiev. As a Product Owner you will serve as a business link for OLX Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and remote development teams, working under multiple initiatives for Verticals’ product development.
We’re a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building marketplace platforms that make it super easy for anyone to buy and sell almost anything, boosting local economies.

Who we’re looking for:

A good team player with outstanding business acumen, intense curiosity, excellent analytical ability, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fasten environment
Strong focus in optimizing conversions
KPI and Goals oriented
Fluent English is a must
3+ years’ demonstrated experience in the field of product development / project management
Experience in e-commerce, internet projects
PHP, HTML, Java Script, MySQL will be an asset
Possession of the package MS Office on the level of the advanced user, the ability to work with large volumes of data

What you will be doing:

Working closely with the international technical team, implementing the functionality of the product, its change and improvement, troubleshooting
Working closely with the marketing team to support OLX users in the development and implementation of initiatives for product improvement
Ongoing analysis of the product, its components, their performance
Developing recommendations for the further development of the service
