Due to the business scaling, we invite a Business Annalyst to add value and expertise to our teams, products, and customers. We’re looking for a systematic thinker who strives for excellence and never stops learning.
Responsibilities
- Product and Domain Analysis
- Conduct competitor and market research to understand how similar industrial, manufacturing, or enterprise software solutions address key problems
- Analyze feedback from customers, support/service team, and engineering team to identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities
- Structure product ideas into clear problem statements and solution hypotheses
- Requirements Management
- Gather and define requirements for product features and enhancements
- Turn feedback, requests, and ideas into clear, high-level objectives
- Write requirements for developers, covering functional and non-functional needs, constraints, and assumptions
- Outline the user-flows and explain how the product should function
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the engineering team to clarify requirements and answer functional questions during the development phase
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate requirements into prototypes or interaction flows
- Support technical writers by ensuring product behavior and business rules are properly documented
- Continuous Improvement
- Establish structured feedback loops with internal teams and customers.
- Convert feedback and operational issues into improvement proposals or product backlog items
- Help prioritize improvements based on business value and implementation effort
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development practices
- Ability to transform vague or incomplete requests into clear, actionable requirements.
- Skilled at translating business use cases into functional requirements for developers and explaining technical constraints back to the business
- Transform high-level ideas into detailed requirements
- Able to explain complex concepts in simple words, clear diagrams, and logical flow charts
- A flexible mindset with the ability to balance priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams
- A genuine interest in manufacturing, specifically the automotive sector
- Familiar with MS Stack and Proficient in MS Office tools
- Experienced with task-tracking platforms
- A self-motivated and “scrappy” problem solver who is comfortable working independently while staying highly communicative
- English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
- Sharp eye for detail
As a plus:
- Experience with Power BI and other tools
- Basic Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate workflows
- Any experience in manufacturing
- Familiarity with Figma for viewing and collaborating on UI/UX designs
- Experience with Miro or similar tools for brainstorming, documenting ideas, and sketching concepts
- Basic SQL knowledge to explore system behavior and support requirement analysis
- Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
