IT Project manager

In support of the ongoing growth, OLSOM invites talented project manager.

The position intents the full cycle management of the project delivery to the international customers.

Some of the responsibilities:

-Create great customer experience via clear and structured in time communication;
-Ensuring customer satisfaction;
-Analyzing and managing project risks
-Activity and resource planning;
-Cost estimating and budgeting;
-Monitoring progress;
-Involvement into pre-sale activity;
-Status reporting;
-Communication with project stakeholders, i.e. business, factory IT, vendors of manufacturing equipment, product and RnD teams, etc.;
-Working on articles, know-hows, instructions, manuals;
-Working with customer service desk system;
-Test plans & regression tests creation.

We expect you to have:

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field;
-3+ years of project management and related experience;
-Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
-Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
-Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
-Experience in project delivery to the end user;
-Strong communication skills;
-Experience in project documentation writing and delivery;
-Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES), SCADA, Automation Systems is a huge plus;
-Good English level (upper/advanced);
-ERP.
