IT Project manager

In support of the ongoing growth, OLSOM is seeking talented project manager to join our team to provide solutions based on our software. The position intents the full cycle management of IT project delivery to the international customers.

Responsibilities include the followings:

Activity and resource planning
Organizing and motivating a project team
Time management
Cost estimating and budgeting
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Analyzing and managing project risks
Monitoring progress
Customer communication & Pre-sale process
Status reporting
Communication with project stakeholders, i.e. business, factory IT, vendors of manufacturing equipment, product and RnD teams, etc.
Working on articles, know-hows, instructions, manuals
Working with customer service desk system
Test Plans & Regression Tests Creation
Project management from beginning to end
Initiative and purposefulness
Proactive position and focus on results
Successful closing of projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
5+ years of project management and related experience
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Strong experience in project delivery to the end user
Strong communication skills
Experience in project documentation writing and delivery
Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES), SCADA, Automation Systems is a plus.
C1 Advanced English level
ERP

Preferable Qualifications (will be a plus):

Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES), SCADA, Automation Systems.
Driver license
Knowledge of Spanish language
